Also, you seem to believe that there will be plenty of seats still available on your travel date. Particularly for long-distance trains, they often sell out well in advance. If you wait too long to purchase your ticket, you will likely find yourself shut out.

Secaucus Junction and Penn Station?
When you pay at the Secaucus Park & Ride does that cover both your parking and train fare or do you have to buy a riding ticket separately? Also, does the train between Secaucus & Penn Station usually leave/arrive at the same location in the stations?

Why has my Partner has become really disinterested in sex?
There is a six year gap between us (He is 30 and I'm 24) He is in the army, he's had four kids been married, we've been together for six months now, I know for a fact he loves me very much and finds me attractive but its getting frustrating for me as he has become really disinterested in sex.
Sex for me is fun I don't want it all the time but I'm always up for it, but I don't understand how he can almost never want it. we'd been apart for three weeks (training course he was on) and when he got back I was so excited cause I thought he would ravage me but it never happened.
I even got us tickets to sexpo to see if that might help... nope.
I love hanging out with him and we are best friends and the sex is great when I get it but how do I get it back in our lives?

Things to do near Union Station in Chicago?
My boyfriend and I are traveling to Kansas by Amtrak train next week and we have about a four hour layover in Chicago. What are some things to do near Union Station (my boyfriend doesn't want to travel too far from the station which I understand). I already looked into going to the Skydeck at Willis Tower but tickets are too expensive. Any suggestions?

Need help! really serious! :(?
i have a problem right now.
my friend just told me that they have change a plan.
so i need to change my flight from MCI - DCA to MCI - JFK instead.
also i need to change it difference date.
my ticket class is Economy CLS and fly with United Airlines. i don't know if i could change and not much charge?
so i think right now, if it's cost more expensive to change a date and city i would rater take a bus or train from d.c to nyc instead. is it safe to travel alone? (it is my first time there)
so my second plan is i would called and asked the airlines if i could change a date to fly (if it's cheaper) and i'll take a bus or train to new york instead...

Does this speeding ticket seem excessive?
Hello I'm 22 and I got pulled over the other night a little after 12 a.m. by a georgia state patrol for speeding. He made me get out of the car and stand outside it was already around 30 degress that night I had a short sleeve shirt on my jacket was in the car. I tried to put my hands in my pocket as I was trying to get warm he then proceeds to tell me to get my hands out of my pockets and shined his flashlight in my face and asked if I had anything on me that he should know about which I didn't. I was fully cooperative and told him that my reason for speeding was I was taking my girlfriend home and her curfew was 12:30. He said I was going 68 in a 45 I didn't think that was accurate I know I was speeding but I don't believe I was going that fast when I passed him and realized it was a cop I instinctively looked at my speedometer and it was right below 60. He didn't turn his blue lights on immediately he just pressed his breaks as I passed him I slowed down and kept going. About 2 minutes later I see headlights in my rear view mirrow and then he turned his blue lights on. He just had an attitude the whole time I won't say he was harassing me cause of the car I drive but it just didn't seem necessary to make me stand out in the cold for speeding as he wrote the ticket when I was fully cooperative. This was on a country backroad close to my house. To get back to my original question I called today to see how much the ticket was and it was $348 I was suprised it was so much considering the location I was pulled over in. I just trying to get your opinions if this ticket seems reasonable and why it is that high. The ticket has commited the following offense of SPEEDING. Then it lists clocked by DECATUR/GENESIS 1 G17338 at 68 in a 45. Below that is has offense other than above and has SPEEDING IN EXCESS OF MAXIMUM LIMITS in violation of code section 40-6-181 of state law remarks FA-M. I'm a little worried about this since the job I just started training for requires a clean driving record and the automotive college I start in september requires a clean driving record as well. I called the dmv to find out how many points I have on my license and they said their records are not showing any. The last ticket I got was 3 years ago when I was 19 but according to them its not showing up on their records. Could it be when I turned 21 the points were removed from my license? Sorry for the long read but I wanted to be descriptive as possible and any advice is appreciated.

Truthfully I should have asked to see his radar because I know for a fact I was not going that fast.
I never anywhere in that said that he has anything to do with the fine but that fine seems a little much.
So since my last ticket was over 3 years ago its no longer on my record and that the points would no longer be on my license.

Third, tickets over three years do not show up on your public record, so the one from when you wre 19 must be over 3 years old.

Points are removed at a rate of 3 per year with no violations in my state. Points are assessed by the DMV depending on the offense committed, not by the court or the officer. The judge can choose to find you guilty of 5 or 10 over to help eliminate points and reduce the fine.

Spanish speakers please help! esy points!?
I was wondering if anyone out there could do some translation on my essay to my pen pal. Im trying to persuade him to take a trip with me to a bunch of cities in Spain. So using the subjunctive would be best or hope and wishes. Also I plan to GIVE EXTRA POINTS to the person who is the most actuary and quickest because I need this asap. Thanks everyone!
This is a great opportunity for you and I to travel to this historical country that has been well known for its good food, culture people, and famous cities. If you decide to come, I hope that in seven days we will tour and see the best of Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Salamanca, and Zaragoza. When visiting we will see the best attractions the city has to offer. Its only logicol if you come with me! We will fly from Boston to Madrid and the plane ticket will cost 600 pesos.
En la Plaza Mayor we will take many photos of the bulidings and statues. Next I hope that we can do alot of shopping in la Plaza. The next thing we will visit in the city is Palacio Real. The Palacio Real is very famous for muesum fillTheed with paintings, pictures, and art work.
In Barcelona we will also visit the famous Barcelona Zoo. The zoo has a restaurant, picnic area, a shop, electric cars, ponies and a mini-train. The animals are known to be intersteing and fun to look at. The amount for a hotel a night will be 200 pesos. Knowing you, you would enjoy the ocean and the zoo.
In Sevilla we will stay at the hotel Becquer. The hotel is very famous and well known for their top service. The hotel includes a nice resteraunt, where we will try the famous steak and peppers. Here we will also swim, relax, and have fun. It will be very expensive about 300 pesos. So I recommend you pack your swim suite!
In Salamanca we will be visitng one of the oldest Universitys ever founded. The University of Salamanca was started in 1218 and known for teaching the spanish language the best. Here we will take a class in public spanish speaking for about 2 hours. And then stay in the hotel plaza de Angle which is 150 peso a night. The next thing I hope to do is visit and take photos of the Old Cathedral – along with the Cathedral. Its known for being a great building.
The last city I perfier to see is Zaragoza. In this city we have to see the famous palace of Aljaferia. This buliding is very large and has alot of detail work done to it. Here we will tour inside and out of this creative buliding. The next site we will see is Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar on the bank of the River Ebro. This use to bring the pilgrams from overseas way back when. Its possible that we might not get to see the entire building. We will stay in the hotel Zara. The price is 155 pesos a night.
I hope that you deicde to come with me. As you can see this trip to Spain will but a expirence of a life time and we will learn many new things about the culture and way of living. This is our chance as my better friend to travel and have a good time. I reccomend you save your money because its important to have enough.

How do buy a train ticket in advance if you have no credit card to buy it online?
I am taking a trip to San Diego from Washington. Apparently buying the ticket in advance is the best option. I wanna buy it in June, I am hopefully leaving in July,

What exactly is an Australian accredited course? Is this Tourism course the right one for me?
I am looking to complete a Diploma of Tourism, and have found a course through http://www.acq.edu.au
They state that after completion of the course I will receive:
Diploma of Tourism (Travel Consulting and Airline Reservations)
Certification in Computer Reservations Systems
Statement of Attainment from the Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales) SIT30207 for 13 units of competency
It also says:
This course is accredited by the ATTRP (Australian Tourism Training Review Panel)
The course covers IATA Fares & Ticketing I & II
The course meets the travel agency licence training requirements in all states and territories of Australia
What I cant work out though, is will I be accredited for a Diploma in Tourism, or a Certificate 3 in Tourism?

Anyone speak french, I desperately need your help to write an email! Please!?
Ok I need to write an email to a train station in France ( I messed up the booking) but my french is beyond horrible and I really need some help. Please!

We bought train tickets off your site on March 4th, 2010 for 2 people to go to St. Malo to Paris on April 14, 2010 at 12:30 PM with a return ticket from Paris back to St. Malo (with a connection in Rennes) on April 22th at 1 PM, and then we bought another ticket for 1 person to go to St. Malo to Paris (Direct Train) also on April 14, 2010, but with no return. The problem I have is my mother who lives in America bought my tickets for me (I’m traveling through Europe at the moment) and she bought all of them off the French site (but does not speak French) so she used her credit card to buy the tickets, but did not realize we needed the same exact credit card to pick up the tickets at the train station. Since I can’t get the credit card, I was just wondering if it would be possible to cancle our first reservation using my mothers card and switch it with my card that I am traveling with. I want the exact same trains and tickets, so I’m not canceling my order or anything. All I want is to switch the credit card used to pay for the tickets so I’ll be able to actually get my tickets at the train station. I am very sorry to cause this inconvinence.

Je veux que les trains exactement les mêmes et les billets, alors je suis pas annuler ma commande ou rien. There is probably no need to send them an email in French, as they all speak English (although they like to pretend otherwise). What they will ask you for though is the booking reference number and possibly the credit card number, so they will be able to reverse the transaction. It would probably be better to give them a call once you have all the details of the booking.

But maybe, the solution is to change the way to have the ticket. (instead of having the ticket in a french station, SNCF can send you the ticket (at a certain adress)) Could be a (easy) solution.
Anyway
Don't forget in your email, to give your name, email and/or code of your book reservation. (I mean "numéro de dossier/réservation" or "numéro de ticket". to make it possible for the SNCF to find your ticket in their database. Just the date (03.04 & 04.14) & destination are not enough I think)
Otherwise, The SNCF have a english website and you can write to SNCF in english (or german, or dutch, or spanish)

Since I can’t get the credit card, I was just wondering if it would be possible to cancle our first reservation using my mothers card and switch it with my card that I am traveling with. I want the exact same trains and tickets, so I’m not canceling my order or anything. All I want is to switch the credit card used to pay for the tickets so I’ll be able to actually get my tickets at the train station. I am very sorry to cause this inconvinence.

There is probably no need to send them an email in French, as they all speak English (although they like to pretend otherwise). What they will ask you for though is the booking reference number and possibly the credit card number, so they will be able to reverse the transaction. It would probably be better to give them a call once you have all the details of the booking.
I have translated, and just reworded the letter a little.

But maybe, the solution is to change the way to have the ticket. (instead of having the ticket in a french station, SNCF can send you the ticket (at a certain adress)) Could be a (easy) solution.

Don't forget in your email, to give your name, email and/or code of your book reservation. (I mean "numéro de dossier/réservation" or "numéro de ticket". to make it possible for the SNCF to find your ticket in their database. Just the date (03.04 & 04.14) & destination are not enough I think)

Train Ticket, Southport to Grimsby?
I'm travelling by train to Grimsby tommorow, i'm 15 and wanted to buy the tickets online, Southport has one ticket machine that only uses coins and doesn't allow you to collect prepaid tickets. Can I buy the ticket on the day? If so would it be more expensive? Also, what is the train i should be getting for the change at Manchester Piccadilly?

Nyc train question..?
I'm getting ready to come up and visit nyc for the weekend and I was wondering if there is a pass for the train that i can get for unlimited rides for the weekend and if not how much is the average ticket. thanx in advance

Ok i have been asked to write a description of a fun fair and i cant finish it plz can anyone help me?
this is just what i have started plz i need somone to help me or give me suggestions on how to continue it
As I approached the big illuminated blue and red golden gate that read ‘peter pan’s fairytale resort’ my eyes wondered around the multitude of crowd and the feeling of excitement tingled in my unsettled stomach. I feel warmed by the direct rays of the sun and I would smell the sweet highly enjoyable breeze that swept to my direction, blowing my soft black curly hair to frenzy. I make my way to the ticket stall where a lot of people jostling and running hysterical, trying to get to the ticket stall first. I hear the ticket seller shouting obliviously at the crowd and there is a very silent yet tense atmosphere. The ticket seller was Ben Andrews has it was written boldly in his white and red-stripped uniform, he had a dirty evil scowl on his face that made me very intimidated and uncomfortable.
I notice a woman with bulging shopping bags trying clumsily to clean the ice cream residue on the shirt of her little boy, who was in no means ready to cooperate. I see three triplets dressed in identical blue Cinderella costumes and licking pink, sticky candyfloss as they danced and swirled energetically to the pop music that filled the air. Everything looks surreal and I could smell the scrumptious appetizing donuts and burgers that filed my inquisitive nostrils but that is however rudely disturbed my the appalling smell of murky stale milky chocolate vomits that spread across the pavement of the arcade I was heading to.
In arcade, there are lots of middle-aged tourists drinking large cans of alcohol, gambling with coin slots, playing pinballs and laughing to obscene jokes more to my discomfort. I caught a glance of a little girl holding tightly to the wrist of her hasty mother and concentrating on getting the last purple stuffed teddy bear left in the teddy bear crane machine. Her hair was bright with sunshine but her face, which was as full like her mother’s only pale rose pink instead of cream, wore a stern brooding look that her little small curved nose made almost hawk like. A moment later, she opened her eyes widely and her face lit up and I could see the huge grin plastered against her oval face as she hugged the purple teddy bear she wanted. “Yay! Mommy see I got it at the end!” the little girl said. “C’mon Gracie let get out of this place” the mother said grabbing Gracie. I watched them aimlessly as they disappeared into the massive crowd, shoving and striding in circles. I notice a tourist tossing greasy fried chips to the seagulls in the water park resort and I almost run into a jaywalking family slurping on soggy cones of thawing ice cream.
I ahead to the marigold ride when I am distracted by the big spooky Ghost train at the corner. I notice the painted ghouls and goblins of the Devil’s Ghost train which stands out against the crystal clear blue sky, promising to bring doom, dread and danger to all those who dare to enter.

Me and my bf had an argument over money..wtf...advice pls?
i lent him money which i was reluctant about as i knew it starts arguments over 6months ago.he needed money whilst he was in jamaica visiting family,so i sent it through.i didn't understand why he hadn't saved before but didn't mention it.he has never been good with money, but its not my place to say that. anyways once he got back he told me he was in debt so i said for him to pay me back when he could. since then he has bought stuff for himself (luxuries) but i haven't mentioned it as i hadn't wanted to start an argument. since then he has asked me to lend him small change like £10 here and £20 there. he ous me £120 altogether.
he got payed 2 weeks ago now and we haven't spoken for a week(since the argument). we also had spoken before he got payed and he said if i wanted some of my money back, i said yes.if he could send me £20 this month and then £50 next and the other £50 the next month..he agreed. he kept asking me for my bank details but i hadn't had the chance to check my balance as i wanted to before sending him my details.
the day of the argument which was over txt msg. i txt him in the morning to see if he could come visit me at uni (long distance relationship), as he hasn't visited me yet and i have been at uni since september. i understand he has had work and financial problems (although i think it is also to do with his lack of money management skills and laziness). he replied saying he will let me know by the end of the day but he has no money. to which i responded wow u have no money?? i only have enough for half of your train ticket. i was going to send you my bank details today but im guessing you don't have my £20. (bear in mind he only got paid a week ago and lives with his mum/no house bills)
he didn't respond but later that day he txt me saying he needed a loan a big loan. i thought he meant off the bank. so i replied what do you need the money for if you don't mind me being noisy.
he txt me back saying if i could lend him money. i said sorry i couldn't. i would if i could but to tell you the truth i really needed that £20 for uni stuff and that im on a tight budget.
he replied look katherine i don't want to argue with you , i asked you how many times to send your bank details to which i replied well i don't want to either i told him how hard it was down at uni and that i don't think he realises and that i didn't think his pay check would go in a week and if he knew he had to give me £20 then why would he spend it?? (he had previously days before told me that he went clothes shopping, which angered me but i didn't say anything as i thought i would get my £20). i said that i was reluctant to lend money in the past as i knew it cause problems and if next month he could give me half he ous me , that i am telling him in advance
he replied f*** this and that i am lucky he doesn't have credit to call me. and that he is going to get money of his friends and send me all the money he ous me.
i replied he didn'tt need to do that i was just asking for the £20 and if he could just stick to what he agreed as i need more money next month not really this month and that he didnt need to be stubborn but if thats what he wishes to do then i cant stop him and not to throw it back in my face as i didnt ask for all of it. i also told him i didn't have strength to argue ( i am ill, the doctor think i have a thyroid problem which makes me tired all the time, im having blood tests at the moment)
then he started being nasty. he text me back that he doesn't want anymore of my long texts and that if i do there will me f***ing action, (meaning consequences.)
i got offended by this and replied fine i will keep it short and sweet. you reap what you sow. you are being rude and horrible to me. keep swearing at me, you are just showing me a different side of yourself to me. i cant be bothered to carry on this conversation with you.

ME AND MY BF ARGUED ABOUT MONEY...WTF...ADVICE PLEASE!!!?
i lent him money which i was reluctant about as i knew it starts arguments over 6months ago.he needed money whilst he was in jamaica visiting family,so i sent it through.i didn't understand why he hadn't saved before but didn't mention it.he has never been good with money, but its not my place to say that. anyways once he got back he told me he was in debt so i said for him to pay me back when he could. since then he has bought stuff for himself (luxuries) but i haven't mentioned it as i hadn't wanted to start an argument. since then he has asked me to lend him small change like £10 here and £20 there. he ous me £120 altogether.
he got payed 2 weeks ago now and we haven't spoken for a week(since the argument). we also had spoken before he got payed and he said if i wanted some of my money back, i said yes.if he could send me £20 this month and then £50 next and the other £50 the next month..he agreed. he kept asking me for my bank details but i hadn't had the chance to check my balance as i wanted to before sending him my details.

I'm planning on taking a trip by train to go see some old friends in San Diego, it'll be round trip.

You have to shop around, because sometimes, the different sites have different options. Expedia and Travelocity are ones I've used. There's also Priceline which you can sometimes get much lower prices on, but it doesn't always come through, and you have to commit to the price you are suggesting. Expect to find 15% discounts over the other sites when you use Priceline, but it's always a gamble. There's also Orbitz, but I've never used them - I think it's like Expedia / Travelocity.
Once you check Expedia and Travelocity, go to the sites of the airlines they've suggested and see if they have any special deals for the dates you're flying. Also, hopefully you're flying out of PDX and not Medford or Corvallis, because that limits your options. If at all possible, don't have a layover in San Francisco- people get bumped from their connecting flights all the time because the airport always overbooks flights and the planes can't land for 30-60 minutes, making everyone late for their next flight (and they don't reimburse you if you get stuck overnight - they always claim it's weather-related).

How to get from Cairo to Damascus overland?
So, I just found out it will cost around 750 USD for my husband and I to fly to Damascus from Cairo. And open ended tickets (like stopping in Jordan or Lebanon) will be even more. We really don't want to pay that.
Does anyone know how long it would take to get there by train (and ferry)?
And about how much the whole trip will cost in tickets? Trains here in Egypt are super cheap, but I don't really know about the transportation in Jordan and Syria. I know the ferry from Nuweiba to Aqaba will cost 50 dollars (also, does it really Have to be paid in dollars??), but I don't really know how much all the rest will cost.
We were thinking of maybe spending around 3-4 days getting there (stopping in Jordan for a day or so), but how fast could a person theoretically do the trip?

You can make reservations on the SNCF (French Rail) website at http://www.tgv-europe.com - if you do go there, under "Other countries" select "English". When you search for a rail trip, it will insist that you enter the country that you are currently from. Do NOT enter USA as it will refer you to the Rail Europe website, which is more expensive. Instead, select either "Canada" or "Great Britain", something like that, as these will allow you to book online. If you do make an online reservation, you can pick up your tickets at any major train station by going to a ticket window.
When using the website, I recommend that you click on the "More criteria" for the route search, and select "direct trains", so you will not be getting a stopover in Milan or something like that.

On the fares and preferences page, you select the Smart Price from the select your fare pull down and the seats descriptions from the pull down near the bottom of the page. There will be a red or green circle and text to the right telling you whether the type of seats and fare you selected are available. You might want to check again over the next couple of days in case the smart fares have not gone on sale yet for that date.

I need to look under 16! any tips?
I'm buying a train ticket tomorrow and i need to be able to pay only a childs ticket, I'm only 15 but nearly 16 and have no proof of identity so i need tips on how to make me look younger please :D

Can I get a train ticket refund?
I missed my train because my bus to the train station was 20 min late. My train ticket was £20 can I get a refund? and who do I request one from?

If the bus was operated by the rail company you might. Otherwise you may well see on the ticket that it is not refundable and probably completely your own fault you missed it so why should it be?

How much is a train ticket between ARLES and AVIGNON,down in good old PROVENCE?

Hostel/Guest House 3 weeks in japan! under 2000 yen per night? HELP!!?
Hi there. I am going to japan in June with a friend, and we are searching for a cheap place to live. we are staying there 3 weeks (21 days). And we have already spent money on the fly tickets..
We are going to buy a 1 week rail pass ticket if u don't have any other good ideas to travel in japan ;).
So i really want to know a cheap place to live for under 2000 yen per night or 4000 yen for 2 people, and also if u know a place to rent a 3 weeks guest room which not cost more than 60000 yen is even better :D
And if someone could share prices of a bus or train "simple tickets" from Tokyo and such place, would be grateful!

2000 yen per day for the food or for entire trip ?
2000 yen per day might be a little too low. u can definitely survive on it. but u probably wont enjoy your trip with this kinda budget.
i recommend u set aside roughly around 5k yen a day for miscelleneous spending e.g drinks, short trip travelling, snacks, meals.
with 2k u can definitely get enough to eat. no worries about that, simply pop into any nearby yoshinoya, mac or those fast food japanese stores but u probably wont get anything really fantastic. would recommend u budget abit more for food as tokyo really has alot of stuff to see and eat. no point spending like 800 bucks to fly there and everyday try to scrimp 3 bucks by eating cheap ramen and other stuff. you might get pretty stale of that.
a great tip on how to save money would be to head to any major departmental store in japan and recce the food basement (usually B1). most departmental stores would locate a supermarket and a giant food stall area. usually after 8pm can get food at 30-50% discount. great offers on food, croquettes and other nice stuff. my friend risked it on a 70 bucks shashmi set (u.p 140) and said it was fresher than anything he ate in singapore(even after a day on the counter). worth a shot
dont stay in tokyo for 3 weeks. i spent 10 days there and i thoroughly felt i wasted most of me trip. would recommend that you explore other parts of japan. tokyo is nice and has much to offer but i am really not a city person. too crowded and pretty much the same as any other modern metropolis can offer you, shoppping, gimmicky ovverated tourist attractions and more shopping. visit ueno park and yasukuni shrine for a taste of the alternative. ghibli museum is a definite must go for anime fans.
would recommend u go to the JTB travel bureau at liang court and ask about the summer SEISHUN 18 ticket. it is 5k yen. and has 5 space for chops. 1 trip per person = 1 chop. it can be used by any person under 25. u can use it to take the non-rapid shinkansen (kodoma) to anywhere else in japan. but be prepared for longer transit times and change trains. very useful for exploring further places such as kyoto and yokohoma without the expense of a J-rail pass

What do anyone think about my essays is it any good?

As I catch a glimpse of the big illuminated blue and red golden gate that read ‘Peter Pan’s Fairytale Resort’ at the entrance of the funfair, my eyes wondered around the multitude of people and the feeling of excitement tingled in my unsettled stomach. I feel warmed by the direct rays of the sun and I sniff the sweet, crispy highly enjoyable breeze that swept to my direction, blowing my soft, curly hair to frenzy.
I inhaled the exotic, spicy, colourful, eye-catching smell of roasted chicken kebabs as I ahead to the ticket stall; I gaze at the large crowd of people jostling and running hysterical, trying to get to the ticket stall first.
The ticket manger shouts exasperatedly at the multitudinous crowd and there is a very silent yet tense atmosphere. The ticket manger’s name was Ben Andrews, it was written boldly in his faded white and red-stripped uniform. He had a dirty scowl on his crinkled corrugated face that made me very intimidated and uncomfortable.
I notice a man dressed in a bright-multicoloured Hawaiian beach shirt with khaki shorts, he was reading a Metro newspaper as he sips his glass of chilled orange juice in the Bailey’s café just around the corner of the funfair.
I spot a woman with bulging shopping bags trying clumsily to clean the ice cream residue on the shirt of her little toddler, “Stand still Benjamin!” she said frustrated by the fact that Benjamin was in no means ready to cooperate. I caught a sight of three triplets dressed in identical blue Cinderella costumes, licking pink, fluffy, sticky candyfloss as they danced and swirled energetically to the pop music that belted the air.
Everything looks so surreal; in short an idyllic English holiday funfair of the sort you might think exists only in children’s storybooks. I whiffed the scrumptious, appetizing hamburgers that were stuffed with spicy grilled chicken and melting cheddar and my stomach begins to rumble for food. But my inquisitive nostrils is immediately irritated by the appalling smell of murky, stale dark milky chocolate of puke that spread across the pavement of the arcade.
The arcade is full of middle-aged tourist drinking large cans of booze, gambling with coin slots and laughing to obscene jokes more to my utter discomfort. I stare at a little girl holding tightly to the wrist of her mother and eye fixed on getting the last orange teddy bear left in the teddy bear crane machine. Her hair was bright with sunshine but her face, which was full like her mother’s only pale rose pink instead of cream, wore a stern brooding look that her little small nose made almost hawk like. A moment later, she opened her eyes widely and I could see the huge grin of achievement plastered against her oval face as she hugged the stuffed teddy. “ C’mon Lindsay lets go so we don’t miss the bus again!” the mother said irritably. I watched them aimlessly as they disappeared into the massive crowd, shoving and striding in circles.
I notice a tourist tossing greasy fried chips to the seagulls in the water parks resort and I am almost run into a jaywalking family slurping on soggy cones of thawing vanilla flavoured ice cream.
I head to the marigold rides, when the big spooky Ghost Train at the corner of the funfair distracts me. I gawk at the black and white ghouls and goblins of the Devil’s ghost train which stand against the crystal blue sky promising to bring doom, dread and danger to all those who dare to enter.
Cold sweat trickled down my neck as I entered the frightening ‘Devil’s Ghost train’. I feel very nauseous and uneasy, my palms become very sweaty and my legs begin to shake uncontrollably. As I strap myself to a seat I could see a lots of bats hanging from the side of the gigantic curvy roller coaster and the locking bars were as hard and sharp as skeleton bones. My head begins to turn upside down and I feel an adrenaline rushing down my spine for a second. Clammy corridors pitted the monster filled alcoves, dangling cobwebs and cackling creatures flashing before my eyes. I hear the piercing whistle of the rusted black engine screeching simultaneously in my ears.
I glanced to my opposite direction, where I see a clown dressed in yellow fancy baggy multicoloured dotted costume trying to engage the young children who crowded him. I see two teenager couple smooching and caressing each other as they share popcorn and a coke. There is a lot of colourful neon lighting that I could not really fix my gaze on one particular direction.
A loud voice calls out to my left. A bald man with long stained white apron with bulging stomach and a large unshaved moustache bellowed to the jovial crowd; I head to the store to buy some toffee apples. As I devour the enticing hot toffee apples, the thick sticky brown caramel toffee dissolves in my tongue and I munch the mouth-watering crunchy apples.

Best time to buy Australia train ticket?
I will be traveling ( I am a student) with a senior citizen in July-August in Australia. I've realized that transportation fees are very high. What are the best deals for traveling by train and is there a best time to buy the cheapest ticket? If so, how?
I know that as a student, I can get a 50% discount with an international student card, but is there a way to get a senior discount for the train too?

I believe Only Australian Seniors can get discounts on the train . There is no best time to get the tickets The prices stay the same unless of course when there is a fare increase . If you are outside of Australia you may get a cheaper deal through a travel agent in your Country .
