What exactly is an Australian accredited course? Is this Tourism course the right one for me?

I am looking to complete a Diploma of Tourism, and have found a course through http://www.acq.edu.au

They state that after completion of the course I will receive:

Diploma of Tourism (Travel Consulting and Airline Reservations)
Certification in Computer Reservations Systems
Statement of Attainment from the Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales) SIT30207 for 13 units of competency

It also says:
This course is accredited by the ATTRP (Australian Tourism Training Review Panel)
The course covers IATA Fares & Ticketing I & II
The course meets the travel agency licence training requirements in all states and territories of Australia

What I cant work out though, is will I be accredited for a Diploma in Tourism, or a Certificate 3 in Tourism?

If this question doesn't make sense, my course is at http://www.acq.edu.au/Courses/ITC-travel…

I am just trying to work out if it is the best study option to teach me about tourism, but also get me accredited so that a travel agency/company will recognise my course as being proper training?
